Financial telegram
DImensions: 19 x 25 cm Location: Greece, Athens Material: telegraphic paper
Telegram containing financial information in which the sender refers to gains on shares. World War I lasted from July 28, 1914 to November 11, 1918. Even if it was mostly an intra-European conflict, the participation of troops from the colonies and the implication of the USA rendered the war global. Two coalitions were formed: Entente Alliance (United Kingdom, France, Russia, Italy and USA) and the Central Powers (Germany, Austria-Hungary, Ottoman Empire, Bulgaria), with the latter losing to the countries comprising Entente.
