Telegram (2 pages) from people entitled to a portion in Kotzaorman Xanthi District to the Ministry of Agriculture requesting the cancellation of an irregular (allegedly) drawing which seized properties that had been delivered to them by the drawing of September 28, 1961. They inform the Ministry that there is an uproar and warn that if the decision is not revoked, there will be a collision between the ones entitled to a portion with untold consequences.
