A teleprinter with a black and beige plastic cover. In front was the control with control buttons and a (Latin) keyboard. Teleprinter model 43 of Teleprinter Corp. used a printing head with pins and a special tape box with a magnetic mechanism on the right side for printing. The tape moved with the help of single-acting cylinders. Model 43 which was in use during 1979-1984 had a separate special magnetic terminal for the tape.
