Telegram from the Finance minister M. Kotzamanis to the authorities. The minister updates the authorities of state that when the occupation authorities request supplies, or the execution of projects that include blocked materials, the (Greek) authorities are obliged to be supplied in accordance with the existing devaluation otherwise to refuse the execution of projects. Further it refers that the supply of materials at excessive prices, the black market but also the supply of luxury goods are prohibited.
