Two page telegram whereby Papargyriou informs Stasinopoulos of the difficulties facing the timber trade because of the German occupation (confiscation of merchandise from the German authorities, delay in timber transport due to requisition of workers, shortages in timber species and increase of salaries due to inflation). The telegram bears the Italian censor stamp.
