Greeting telegram sent by the Governmental Youth Commissioner, Alexandros Kanellopoulos, to the Educational Association "Prometheus". In 1936, Alexandros Kanellopoulos was appointed Governmental Commissioner of the National Youth Organisation (EON), the governmental youth organisation founded by Ioannis Metaxas regime in 1936 and dissolved in April 1941.
