Black, two-line, automatic telephone desk set made of bakelite. Metal, rotary dial with black center, inside which the numbers are repeated. Below the rotary dial, a control panel (console) for the two lines, ten operation levers for internal stations - receivers organized in two rows and below them, two levers in order to receive calls from the two external lines. Two indicator lights for each of the two lines. Metal (steel) base and handset made of bakelite, with a black, coiled cord (a later addition since the original had a wool coating).
