Telegram which was sent by the Minister for Education and Religious Affairs, Konstantinos Kalabokias to the directors of educational academies a few months after the dictatorship of the Colonels was established. On the OTE stamp on the right appears the phrase: "21st of April - Greece for Christian Greeks".
